1. Seemax Constructions Pvt. Ltd.
A project construction company engaged in construction of state
and Individual level constructions. Specialises in industrial and infrastructure projects of all kinds.
2. Seemax Leasing & Investment Ltd.
Leasing company for extending financial support to prospective buyers
for photovoltaic systems. Being empanelled as Financial intermediary
with various Govt. agencies, mutual funds & companies of international repute.
3. Seemax International Ltd.
We have already established two biotechnology based
projects / units in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal in India and are expanding with 4 more units for which all approvals have been already obtained from State / Central Govt. Agencies.
4. Seemax Securities Ltd.
Handles investments in various companies and corporates. Deals in
groups inter corporate investments and also in other securities such as Govt. securities and Bonds. It also structures ECB / Equity / Loans fo corporates from various national and international sources.
5. Seemax Industries Limited
The company is engaged in manufacture of world standard MS black and
GI Pipes, Photovoltaic domestic and Street lighting systems and power,
generators and Biotech systems for environment and temperature control. The company is manufacturing towers for telcom (TEC approved), railway
electrification and communication towers. The company is aggresively entering into hydel power and non-conventional energy sectors.
6. Natural Bio-Products Ltd.
A company specialising in the business of manufacturer, extraction,
packaging (Tetrapack) and marketing of various food products like
fruit juices, natural oils, herbal medicare products, health drinks etc. The company
has been producing and marketing these products in India and is on
the verge of spreading its wings in international market. The products
are world class and have been accepted by the market world wide.
Mr. L.R.Sharma, the founder of this group, is a Professional Civil Engineer with MBA (Masters in Business Administration) who displays
a very high degree of business and administrative acumen purposeful
resolve, a result oriented farsight and dedication. Twenty Nine
years of valuable experience has honed him to perfection for running
complete operations of the entire group.
Promoter's Background
Mr. L.R.Sharma, the founder of this group and Chairman of NATURAL BIO-PRODUCTS LTD, is a Civil Engineer with MBA (Masters in Business Administration), LL. B(Bachelor of law –from one of the oldest university in India) and an additional Post Graduation in Management, (PGDM) from New Delhi. In addition, Mr. Sharma has also done Masters in Sociology. He has more than 32 Year of experience in his profession and Business. Out of these 32 years he has spent the last 8 years towards the study, research and the implementation of food processing and biotechnology based pharmaceutical project. He also practices law in Delhi High Court & Supreme Court of INDIA. He has worked in various capacities earlier, starting with the post of an Engineer in the Himachal Pradesh Government (a northern province in INDIA). After resigning from Government service he worked for various private organizations for more than 6 years all in Senior Technical and managerial capacities. His last stint, before he started his own business, was as the Chief Executive Officer of Punjab Chemi Plants Ltd., a Semi Government undertaking partly promoted by Punjab Government.
Mr. Sharma was instrumental in Indian Telecom Revolution when he remained member of TELECOM ADVISORY COMMITTEE for Govt. of India for five consecutive terms (over 8 Year) under different political establishments at helm at the central Govt. He is Chairman of pan India registered NGO'S "HIMALAYAN JAGRITI MANCH", "HIMCHETNA" working with cooperatives of workers/farmers & is patron of many social organizations working for farmers/have-nots/peasants/workers. Mr. Sharma is an eminent engineer, Lawyer, manager, political as well as social scientist of repute.
He started his own business in 1981. His business interests span into construction, his basic profession and business, Engineering, Telecom towers manufacturing &supply, solar energy, engineering/financial & marketing consultancy apart from the Biotechnology & Food / Fruit Processing Business which the group has launched worldwide.
