The Company’s strength would be its research.
As is fundamental to Ayurveda, a holistic system for diagnosis and treatment, the correct combinations of plants and herbs will be used in synergistic formulas. This will be done by references to Ayurveda texts for the correct herbs, combine these herbs and arrive at the correct permutations, combine theses herbs and arrive at the resultant product is safe for long–term usage as well as for acute conditions when high doses have to be administered. Then clinical studies will be conducted on these herbs. Every herb would tested for and cleared of all contaminants. This rigid testing would ensure that the consumer gets a safe world-class product. The aim will be to give domestic and overseas consumers consumer researched herbal products. The climatic conditions of the state of Himachal Pradesh are extremely conducive for this project. In fact most of the plants \ herbs required for these formulations are available in the forests of the state that cover approx. 67% of the total land area of the state. The local populace will be employed to cultivate\ collect these plants\ herbs.

The promoters have strong connections, both bureaucratic as well as political to enable them to see the project through to its completion and to ensure that it starts commercial operations as planned.
The basic Research and Development has already been achieved and completed. Intensive Research and inputs of the last 5 years have gone behind the project reaching this stage of implementation. A number of highly experienced and capable Scientists and R & D specialists, who are experts in their various fields of Research, are already doing the basic R & D and the laboratory tests on an ongoing basis.
The Promoters contribution has already been arranged and the Promoters have already invested an amount of Rs. 9.40 crores (approx. USD 1.94 million) in the project in the last 5 years since they took up the project for study, research and implementation.
The land for all the 6 manufacturing units has already been acquired by the promoters out of their contribution. All the 6 units are located near the origin of the herbs / plants which each of these units will process. The location of these units has been chosen to minimize the cost of transportation of the raw material as well as to minimize the loss of critical properties of these plants \ herbs due to long distances transportation. All the 6 units are connected to the most modern communication facilities. All of them are connected to all weather roads. Power supply of the required quantity and quality is ensured around the year, i.e., there is no requirement of captive diesel generating stations. This is because Himachal Pradesh is a power surplus state and power is available at very low rates resulting in a significantly lower cost production. Water is abundantly available at all these 6 locations. But as an extra precaution, one borewell of 4” at each of these units will be dug to ensure continuous supply of water for plant requirements of each of the plants.

All the Technical Tie ups with the Indian Scientists and Research Institutions have been completed. These Scientists and Institutions are already on the job continuously thus cutting down on the research related gestation period drastically. The proposed formulations have been already tried and tested with exceptionally good results.
Soil tests of the agricultural land where these herbs \ plants are being grown \ will be grown have already been conducted with excellent results.
The foreign technical collaboration with the German Extraction plant supplier as well as the Extraction technology provider is in advanced stages of being signed. This German Extraction process and technology is much more efficient and cost effective than the traditional Indian process used over the ages in India.
